Lydd Town Football Club Reserves are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Reserve Team Manager to lead our reserve side competing in the Ashford & District Saturday League Premier Division.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive club and play a key role in developing players while building a competitive squad.

The Role:
✅ Manage all aspects of the reserve team
✅ Lead training sessions and matchdays
✅ Work closely with the senior management team
✅ Support player development and progression through the club
✅ Help maintain a positive and ambitious team culture

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Is passionate about grassroots football
• Has strong leadership and communication skills
• Can organise and motivate players
• Holds coaching qualifications (preferred but not essential)
• Shares the club’s ambition and values
