As we prepare for Matchday 4 against Margate U23s on Wednesday night, I want to start by thanking all of you who have come through the gates at The Lindsey Field so far. Your support means everything to this young, exciting, and very talented group of players.

It’s important to remember that this is the beginning of something new. At times it feels like we’ve been together much longer, but we’re still at the start of our journey. The focus now is on growing, developing, and building as a team—the performances and results will follow.

Our first three games have each brought different challenges and learning opportunities. With the dedication of my backroom staff and the players’ willingness to take on board how we want to progress, I’m confident we’ll keep improving, keep getting better, and soon turn the hard work into the results it deserves.
